I am looking for a new board for this season and just saw the scott stevens part from The Defenders Of Awesome, and it made me take another look at Capita. Im 5'4" in socks and 120 in full jacket and pants with boots and 115 without. I want a softer board for alot of buttering but i also do about 50/50 powder (highlands bowl/ trees) and park.

- Is the capita Doa a good all-Mountain Snowboard?
- The Capita DOA excels at both riding park and carving everywhere at your local resort. It is rare to find a versatile park board that is also a fantastic all-mountain snowboard, and the DOA is precisely that. It can jib and jump. It also has the proper sidecut and edge hold to carve beautifully outside the park.
- Is the capita ultrafear a good jib board?
- The DOA is a bit more well-rounded for the resort. It is decent as a jib board and great as an all-mountain board. They are both excellent snowboards in their respective categories. Here is a quick overview video of all of the features of the Capita Ultrafear.

It is fantastic at hitting rails and jumps in the park.

- The Capita DOA is not the most beginner-friendly snowboard. That is not to say that a beginner will not get used to riding the board. They absolutely will. However, the Capita Defenders of Awesome is better suited for an intermediate to advanced-level rider.

- The Capita Ultrafear ranks 6th out of the 17 boards we reviewed in the park category. Sizes Available: 147, 149, 151, 153, 153 Wide, 155, 155 Wide, 157 Flex: It is on the softer side with a 4 out of 10 flex rating. Note that Capita calls this a 5.5 out of 10. It is softer than that.
