Russian petrochemicals producer Sibur has started production ofethyl-benzene, styrene and expandable polystyrene at its new site in Perm, thecompany said Tuesday. The site, which has been upgraded and expanded at a total investment ofmore than Rb8 billion ($260.4 million), will now produce 220,000 mt/year ofethyl-benzene.
