- As an entry level rock and jewel guy I like the way the Super-Hard Green Dop Wax works. We have purchased one other dop wax, from a large online merchandiser and we were not impressed because it did not melt evenly and quickly hardened in the dop pot.. This melts well, holds enough temperature to mold and cools solid.

- Do you use acetone to remove DOP wax?
- The reason for using it was that I wanted something that was secure and easier to remove from the stone and stick. I have been using CA glue and it worked quite well, but it had to soak in acetone for hours to dissolve the glue. The green dop wax is a lot easier and quicker to remove.
